Engagement & Agreement Structure
All recruitment mandates are governed by a formal written agreement to ensure transparency, alignment, and professional accountability between AMGC.LIVE and our clients.
Our engagement agreements typically define:
- Scope and objectives of the search
- Fee structure and payment terms
- Replacement guarantee provisions
- Confidentiality and data protection obligations
- Exclusivity terms (for retained engagements)
This structure reflects established international recruitment and executive search standards and ensures clarity throughout the hiring process.
Formal agreements protect both client and search partner while maintaining disciplined execution standards.
