EdgeCore Digital Infrastructure reaches 1.8GW milestone entering 2026

EdgeCore Digital Infrastructure entered 2026 with more than 1.8 gigawatts of data center capacity delivered or under development across the United States. Since late 2023 the company has focused on building high density single tenant facilities designed for hyperscale and artificial intelligence workloads. Its platform expansion reflects accelerated land acquisition construction and capital deployment following its acquisition by Partners Group, positioning EdgeCore as a scaled wholesale provider aligned with growing demand for AI ready infrastructure across major US markets nationwide.

Over the past twenty six months EdgeCore committed more than 5.9 billion dollars in equity and debt and secured additional planned investment supporting future campuses. The company expanded from four to six markets while designing campuses capable of supporting over three hundred megawatts each. Facilities are engineered for next generation AI environments including direct to chip liquid cooling. EdgeCore reported meeting all construction delivery targets in 2025 while maintaining safety performance well above industry averages. Workforce growth more than doubled full time staff and supported thousands of skilled construction roles. Beyond development the company emphasized community engagement through local collaboration financial contributions and long term regional partnerships supporting public infrastructure planning education arts veterans programs and municipal services nationwide initiatives.
