All fees are clearly defined within the engagement agreement prior to search initiation.
For permanent hiring mandates, our professional fee is structured as a percentage of the candidate’s first-year base salary:
- 20% for standard specialized roles
- 25% for highly specialized, leadership, or niche-critical positions
Fees are earned upon the candidate’s formal acceptance of an employment offer. This model aligns our success directly with successful placement outcomes.
For executive, confidential, or strategically critical roles, we operate on a retained search model. Professional fees typically range between:
- 25% – 30% of total first-year compensation
Retained search engagements are structured as milestone-based payments, generally aligned to:
- Engagement initiation
- Delivery of qualified shortlist
- Successful placement
This structure ensures dedicated research focus, accountability, and disciplined execution throughout the search process.
We offer a replacement guarantee period of 60–90 days, depending on role complexity and engagement type. Guarantee terms are defined within the engagement agreement. The replacement guarantee applies in cases of:
- Voluntary resignation
- Termination for cause
